We’ve got new brand. So what? Well, our rebrand to Arch Resourcing is a big deal for everyone here and we’re thrilled to share it with you. 

Here’s what our Tradewind rebrand to Arch Resourcing is all about. 

Welcome to Arch Resourcing

We believe that welfare matters for everyone. It’s our mission to support the working lives of people who support our communities by delivering a consistently reliable, transparent and fair service to the public & private sector and non-profit organisations.

Whilst this has always been our approach, we don’t believe it was consistently reflected in our brand or our messaging. And that’s why we’ve evolved our brand. To accurately reflect who we are, how we operate and what we stand for. 

And that’s why our evolved brand is so much more than a new logo. 

Why Arch? 

An arch is a powerful and timeless symbol. They symbolise strength and support and signify the opening of new perspectives and opportunities. They elevate and connect. 

We couldn’t think of a more fitting name to represent what we do and the characteristics of the people we serve in the public & private sector and non-for-profit organisations.

So, what’s changed? 

Pretty much all of it, except our amazing people. 

Change means being open to feedback – whatever that feedback looks like. We’re not saying we love negative feedback but we’re in the business of transparency, learning and growing. And that means all feedback is welcome to help us continue to fairly represent the people supporting our communities.
