Compliance & Safeguarding

Our processes are rigorous and highly controlled, ensuring every professional we deliver is thoroughly vetted and maintains your high standards of compliance.

Our services are underpinned by outstanding customer care, safeguarding the reputation of both professionals and businesses.

Our process

A personal consultation is conducted to gain an understanding of the candidates’ experience, their requirements and their suitability to work within their professional field.

All candidates complete our registration pack including:

  •   Professional conduct
  •   DBS (Disclosure Barring Service),
  •   WTD (Working Time Directive),
  •   Confidentiality and National Fraud Initiative declarations.

We sight and copy passport and visas (if applicable) and follow the Prevention of Illegal Working legislation as set out by the UK Visas and Immigration agency.

Copies of all qualifications and registration documents are taken and recorded along with all training certificates issued in the last 12 months.

Arch Resourcing obtains an Enhanced Disclosure for all candidates and Enhanced DBS certificates are renewed annually.

A Children's Barred List (formerly List 99) clearance is performed for all candidates interviewed, ensuring candidates are not included on the list of known child offenders.

Candidates submit contact details for professional references for the last 3 years including the most recent/current employer.

All original documents are sighted by our trained Candidate Compliance team members.
