Job Title: Children's Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (plus bonus structure for Ofsted ratings/capacity)
Location: Sutton, South London, SM1

Arch Resourcing are currently representing a client who are recruiting for a Children's Registered Manager in Sutton. 

Our client specialises in Residential care for Children between the ages of 11-17 who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs

Do you have experience at a senior management level (Deputy Manager or Children's Registered Manager) within residential children homes for emotional and behavioural needs? Are you a deputy manager ready to take that next step up? A Children's Registered Manager simply looking for something closer to home, a better salary, better incentives or even just a new position to sink your teeth into..?

  • Up to £55,000 per annum - plus bonus dependent on inspection rating and capacity
  • Located in Sutton, South London, SM1
  • Children's Registered Manager will oversee residential home for children and young people supported with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Children's Registered Manager benefits inclusive of but not limited to: 
bonus for inspection ratings and the home's financial stability 
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management enrolment (if required)
28 days holiday entitlement

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People (Essential)
  • Previous experience at deputy manager level or Children's Registered Manager (Essential)
