****SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED TO WORK IN SOUTH LONDON****
Arch Resourcing are currently recruiting for experienced Children Residential Support Workers to work within Young People services in the South London.
You will be required to work ad hoc shift on a rota basis with various shift patterns including waking nights and sleep ins. The shifts are solely based on the client’s daily requirements so you need to be flexible and reliable.
The young people you will be supporting have various needs including physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.
The young people are independent but will need support when required which could be attending appointments, trying to help them back into the community, helping with school work, and assisting with any other outdoor activities. You will need to be confident with report writing and carrying out handovers to other members of staff.
To register with Arch Resourcing you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Children and be able to supply up to 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed or if you have one on the update service this can be accepted.
