Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager 
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (plus up to £10,000 bonus structure for Ofsted rating/capacity)
Location: Barking, East London, IG11

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as autism, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. 

Recently receiving 'Good' ratings from Ofsted, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, thus now aiming for 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted upon their next inspection.

Good news! My client is looking for a Childrens Registered Manager to join their already established home and team - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!
  • Up to £60,000 per annum - plus bonus dependent on inspection rating and capacity
  • Located in Barking, East London, IG11
  • Childrens Registered Manager will oversee residential home for children and young people supported with learning disabilities 
  • You will have support from a Deputy Manager, as well and senior support workers and residential support workers
  • Childrens Registered Manager benefits inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People (Essential)
  • Previous experience at Childrens Registered Manager Level (Essential) 
  • Must have worked with children/young people in a residential setting who are supported with learning disabilities (Essential)
