My client is looking for a deputy manager to join their already passionate team – the home is completely tailored to the service users and progression for the residents is at the core!

  • Up to £30,000 per annum starting salary
  • Located in Romford, Greater London
  • Deputy Manager will assist in overseeing 4 bed residential home for young adults supported with emotional and behavioural needs

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Essential)
  • Previous experience at deputy manager level or higher (Essential) 
  • Must have worked with young adults who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs (Essential)
