Job Title: Deputy Manager 
Salary: Up to £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience) 
Location: Southall (west london) 

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to join their family run residential children’s service.

  • Up to £35,000 per annum - plus opportunity for overtime  
  • Commutable within west and south west london 
  • Deputy Manager will work closely with management to support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users. 
  • Deputy Manager benefits inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
  • Previous experience at Senior support worker/Team Leader/Deputy Manager level  (Essential) 
  • Must have supported Children in residential settings (Essential)
