Job Title: Support Worker
Salary: Up to £24,500 per annum (plus £85.80 per sleep in, amounting to an additional £5,000 on top of base salary)
Location: Southall, Uxbridge, UB8
Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as autism, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.

- Starting salary between £23,500-£24,500 per annum - plus opportunity for Support Worker and separate sleep-in bonus
- Support Worker will work closely with service users, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

- Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Children and Young People/Or equivalent (Essential)
- Previous experience at support worker level within a residential Ofsted regulated setting (Essential)
- Must have supported children with learning disabilities (Essential)
