Job Title: Team Leader 
Salary: Up to £27,300 per annum (plus sleep in bonus)
Location: Romford, RM1

  • Salary up to £31,200 per annum
  • Located in Romford, RM1
  • Team Leader will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
  • Previous experience at Senior Support Worker/Team Leader within Childrens Residential Home or strong Support Worker position looking to step into a progressive role (Essential) 
  • Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated esidential setting (Essential)
  • Driver (Essential)
