Job Title: Childrens Residential Team Leader (Waking Nights Only - x3 shifts per week 7.45pm-8.15am)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (with progression to Deputy Manager 9am-5pm within 6 months)
Location: Tottenham, N15

Good news! My client is looking for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within their 3 bed residential childrens home and support the waking nights team for up to 6 months before becoming Deputy Manager at their new home which is currently awaiting Ofsted registrationa - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!
  • Salary £38,000 per annum
  • Located in Tottenham, N15
    Childrens Team Leader will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People's Workforce (Equivalent or willing to work towards) 
  • Previous experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level (Essential)
  • Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
