Salary & Remuneration
This position comes with a salary of between £29,500 - £31,000 per year depending on experience, with additional payments for on-call where applicable. There is also a performance-based bonus scheme.

Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Senior Care Coordinator:
Like everyone in the Home Care team, our Senior Care Coordinators are supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The primary responsibilities for this role are:
  • Be responsible for the timely production and distribution of staff weekly rotas
  • Participate in training and on-boarding of new staff
  • Provide guidance and feedback to other regarding scheduling matters
  • Work closely with senior management to highlight pinch-points to reduce staffing risks, including formulation of action plans
  • Provide hands-on care and support when needed.
  • Provide high level customer service ensuring enquiries are handled politely and informatively.
  • Liaise with local practitioners to source equipment or treatment for our clients where needed.
  • Sourcing and arranging replacement staff in the event of sickness.
Hours of work:
This position will be 37.5 hours per week and will be predominantly office based. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 plus out of hours on-call support as part of a rotation with other staff.

What type of person would suit this role?
We are looking for someone someone who loves working with people, a natural problem solver, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.You’ll need to have previous experience working as a Senior Care Coordinator or Care Coordinator, or Supervisor. You will also need experience providing personal care, and working for a home care agency. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle. Caring for our team is our priority
